Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Representative based in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, creating and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The Territory Sales Representative will also conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide input on product development and marketing strategy.


  • Generating leads
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Coordinating marketing activities to achieve sales target.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs, brand, products and services.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Maintaining client records
  • Answering client questions about product, prices, and availability.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience sales
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing, business development and sales
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Preferably females (must have good Knowledge and understanding of the hair industry and hair products)
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Computer literate
  • Competency in Microsoft applications
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
