Operations Manager (1)
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Nairobi
Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulating and
synchronizing departmental strategies in line with the overall
organizational strategy within EMS.
- Preparation and
implementation of the Department’s budget.
- Managing
ambulance revenues and cost control measures.
- Management of
all ambulance fleet and dispatch operations within the organisation.
- Ensure
availability of medical supplies as well as overseeing ambulance stock
management.
- Implement
ambulance quality control measures.
- Liaise with
other departments to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
- Generation of
departmental reports.
- Manage critical
incident stress debrief sessions in liaison with the Human Resource
Department.
- Managing and
ensuring compliance of the staff duty Rota by all department staff.
- Actively participate
in drafting client’s contracts/MOU preparation by advising the concerned
parties.
- Actively
participate in mentoring and coaching of staff.
Key Competencies
- Ability to
develop and implement accountability and performance management systems,
giving candid performance feedback as well as providing support for
professional development efforts linked to strategic objectives
- Strong
leadership, team building, conflict resolution and ability to deliver the

Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate
Degree in Critical Care Nursing
- Masters degree
in Critical Care Nursing will be an added advantage.
- Certificate in
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Basic Life,
Support.
- Over (6) years
experience in Critical Care Management in a senior position with (3) years
experience in an emergency response field.
- Trainer of
Trainees (TOT) certificate plus experience in establishment of a Critical
Care Department will be an added advantage.
Finance Manager (1)
Reports To: General Manager

- Ensure that cash
flow is managed in line with set financial commitments.
- Ensure all
credit transactions are invoiced and debt collected within the agreed
credit period.
- Ensure that
appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use.
- Prepare
financial accounts, narratives and presentation on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and
review detailed budgets for approval.
- Ensure that EMS
products & services are priced correctly at competitive rates.
- Stocks
Management: Set up sound inventory Management policies to ensure all stock
is accounted for.
- Provide overall
oversight on the EMS Procurement process.
- Oversee the
internal and external Audit process.
- Develop and
train the EMS finance team.
- Ensure proper
implementation of the company’s budget.
Minimun Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in a Business related field plus CPA-K or ACCA qualifications.
- A Masters degree
in a Business field will be an added advantage.
- Over (6) years
experience in Financial Management coupled with (4) years Senior
Management.
- Experience in
the Health industry especially in developing EMS price policies will be an
added advantage.

Sales & Marketing Manager (1)

- Develop Annual
Sales and Marketing plans and strategies.
- Schedule
activities which focus on meeting organizational objectives for the fiscal
year.
- Develop budgets
and manage the Sales and Marketing Departments.
- Delivery of all
marketing activities within the agreed budget.
- Specifying
market requirements for current and future products & services.
- Contribute in
the selling of EMS products and services, generating sales targets, and
mentoring the sales and marketing team to achieve the set targets.
- Responsible for
overall Business development within the organisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Management (Sales and Marketing or equivalent).
- Masters degree
in equivalent field will be an added advantage
- Over (5) years
experience in Sales & Marketing management. EMS/Health industry will
be an added advantage.
- A proven track
record in developing sales strategies and driving sales.
