Facilities Manager Job in Ghana

Duties

• Facilities Manager is to oversee all building -related activities, responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensures that the facilities are safe and well-functioning.

Job Summary

• Ensuring the facilities meet government regulations, health and Security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize cost
• Allocate office space according to needs.
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
• Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.

Qualification Required & Experience




Skills and Requirements.

• First Degree with 2-3 years experience
• good understanding of facilities management, requirements and dynamics
• Customer/supplier relationship management
• Leadership
• High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
