Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Medical Representative to be based in its Kumasi Offices, overseeing the day-to-day Operations in Kumasi.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals
• Grow portfolio through the development of new leads and new contacts
• Manage the existing customer base through regular visits.
• Prospect for new customers within the assigned territory and sell company
products to them.
• Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Research and Identify opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparation and submission of periodic (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
marketing /sales reports.
• Grow market share of products assigned through scouting for new and maintaining existing clients
• Conduct monthly/ quarterly reviews of marketing/sales strategies.
• Manage the existing customer base through regular visits and prospect for new customers within the assigned territory.
• Ensure in-store visibility of the company’s products through the provision of regular and relevant
information on products, prices and promotions.
• Participate in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions and promotional activities to increase the marketing and sale of products.
• Any duty that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, applied science, pharmacist or any other related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
