Personal Assistant
Job Summary
The position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the CEO in the coordination of processes and delivery of the CEO’s office administrative support services.
Key responsibilities
* Drafting effective general business correspondence for the CEO
* Managing the correspondence to/from the CEO’s offices
* Maintaining the CEO’s dairy and confirming appointments
* Distributing minutes for the management committee meetings
* Administering and overseeing the office requirements related to travel.
* Overseeing maintenance and administration of office equipment
* Renewal of licenses and insurance for office and property
* Overseeing general cleanliness of the office

* Overseeing office repairs and general upkeep
* Liaison with the HR office on staff issues
* In-charge of company drivers and overseeing their duties
* Flight bookings & hotel bookings
Qualifications
* Diploma in Business studies or related courses
* Must be computer literate
* Proven organizational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
