Head of Marketing Job in Ghana

Role Summary

• The Head of marketing is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans and bringing new clients on board by advertising and selling of our companys services and create competitive advantages for our business.
• The head of marketing will manage the marketing staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the companys operations goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans.
• Conduct marketing analysis and research to conceive, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
• Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
• Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the team. Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Qualification Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and other business-related fields with 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Great written and verbal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, sales and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have the ability to work fast-paced industry and under tight deadlines and achieve the set targets
• Proficiency in MS Office.
