Digital Content Manager
Ref: MKT 02/2016
The Position:Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager, He/She will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the Bank’s online presence, through ensuring the Bank’s Website, Portals, Blog and App have sharable and interesting Content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates across bank functions and Partners to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial calendar for the bank’s Website, portals, Blog and App to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Digital Agency to generate, update and revise Web and App content
  • Development of editorial governance and workflows so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Periodic Web content Audit to ensure no outdated content or dead links, fix links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.
  • Keep current with emerging web content trends through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
  • Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  • Track and report on all site content metrics and propose improvements
The Person:

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Journalism from a University recognized by Commission for University Education.
  • Professional qualifications in Digital Marketing
  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and/or publishing.
  • Working Experience in marketing or communications
  • Computer Literacy
  • Should have good Attention to detail
  • Should have good relationship management skills

Senior Digital Product Development Manager

Reporting to the Head, Digital Financial Services and Mobile Payments, the jobholder will be responsible for digital product and business development of digital services (online services, ecommerce, mobile money mobile payments, digital acquiring etc.), to increase revenue, functionality, usage and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new or enhanced capabilities of various services of Digital Products and business
  • Develop and model price and value propositions for digital products and services
  • Development of superior user experience and processes on digital services
  • Drive deposits, collections, payments and transfers on digital channels
  • Execute Product implementation between Business; Operations, Technology & all third parties.
  • Maintain service levels agreements with relevant functions and third parties
  • Create MIS tools to gauge market perception of various digital products and services
  • Prepare project status reports & channel performance presentations on a month-to-month basis or as required
  • Develop work plans for new and improved capabilities, together with internal and external partners and ensuring that timelines are met
  • Development and tracking of KCSA (Key Control Standard Assessment), Audit, compliance and risk assessment – initial and ongoing self-assessment
The Person
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
  • University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in Digital Business or Channels.
  • Proven demonstrable track record of delivery of digital products/services/projects and/or implementations.
  • In depth knowledge of Digital Banking Business, technology & Operations.
  • Experience in Re-engineering of Business, technology & operations.
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent high quality interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with senior management, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated competences in championing high performance management.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Client Services Manager

The Position: Reporting to the Head of KCB Capital and working closely with the Head of Brokerage. 

The role involves building relationships and providing clients with value add solutions using a vast array of Investment Banking Products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a partnership clients.
  • Develop a client retention and deal origination implementation plan for KCB Capital.
  • Communicate regularly and build deep relationships with the firms ‘clients as well as market intermediaries.
  • Provide seamless, timely, attentive and responsive service to customers.
  • Find new deal intermediaries that the business does not have a relationship with (through industry events/conferences, contacts and networking).Network directly with business owners in industries of interest.
  • Identify and provide solutions to Clients’ financial needs, keeping records and trouble shooting on client relationships.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and maintaining the relationships.
  • Researching the latest products and regulations, analyze market intelligence and generate recommendations for follow up by product specialists.
The Person:

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
  • University Degree preferably in a business related field.
  • Professional qualifications (CFA/KIB/ACIB/CPA/ACCA) or MBA is an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years’ proven experience in managing Client Brokerage relationships and customer service.
  • At least 2 years’ in Sales and Product Development.
  • Experience with Investment Banking Products will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of brokerage and advisory business environment, regulations and operations.
  • Excellent, high quality interpersonal, presentation, problem solving, negotiation skills with the ability to positively and clearly communicate with a variety of constituents.
  • Ability to network through all open channels with large technological dependency for the target market.
  • Proven excellent analytical, planning, organization and execution skills.
  • A good understanding of risk.
