Job Title: Chief Data Officer

Overview
- Develops and governs the Bank’s analytics vision and strategy, data and information strategy to drive organizational decisions and facilitate data sharing amongst various business teams.
- Develop data procedures and policies, in line with best practices. Improves and streamline data systems within the organization, and drive innovation in enterprise-wide data and analytics
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10-15 years experience.
- Proficiency in R, Python (scikit learn, pandas, numpy, Jupyter etc.) SAS, SQL, MATLAB, C/C++
- Machine learning techniques and algorithms, data visualization tools, BI/DW lifecycle components
- Expertise with ETL applications like SSIS, Informatica, Data Stage, etc
Must have:
- Strong STEM background – Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Practical experiences in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning (Tensor flow), Statistical Modelling
- 10 - 15 years in data management with 6 years, leading financial industry cross-functional teams
- Board level experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development
Desirable:
- Advanced knowledge and experience with best-inclass data strategy design
- Chartered membership of: British Computer Society Fellowship
- Chartered membership of Computer Professionals [Registration Council] of Nigeria (CPN) CPC III
Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 / Month.
