Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and execute the HR and talent strategy.
- Implement processes to ensure the wellbeing and safeguarding of staff and program participants
- Manage the talent acquisition process
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience.
