  • As a Business Development Specialist at Capimore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business.
  • Combining traditional business development strategies with modern digital approaches, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our client base.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive opportunities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and initiate contact with prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Drive the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including digital marketing, social media management, and Human Resources, to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Should be a good driver with a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results.
  • Familiarity with [industry/sector] and relevant market dynamics is a plus.
