Job
Description
- Up to date
maintenance of all equipment and supplies to meet health and safety
standards.
- Inspection of all
building structures to detect wear out and the need for repairs or
renovation.
- Supervision of
teams of staffs including cleaning,, maintenance and securities.
- Overseeing and
agreeing on contracts with vendors for the provisions of the services of
security, cleaning, e.t.c.
- Managing
maintenance and staffing budgets .
- Ensuring that
facilities meets government regulations, health and security standards and
energy efficiency requirements.
- Creating reports
on maintenance repairs, safety and other occurrence for supervisors and
other relevant staffs.
- Scheduling
routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
