Job Description
- Responsible for
Sourcing Micro and SME clients in identified markets and structured
organizations, booking quality loans in line with monthly target
- Continuously work
towards increasing the Bank's clientele base (loans and savings).
- Must proactively
monitor and assess activities of competitors to satisfy and retain clients
always
- Assessment of
client’s business and financial status, processing, reviewing, and
completing loan requests on time.
- Analyzing
clients’ cash flow and credit analysis and ensuring repayment of approved
loans
- Monitoring the
progress of existing loans and following up with clients on loan renewals.
- He/she will
ensure customer satisfaction, deposit mobilization, and loan origination.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University; MCIB Certification will be
an added advantage
- 2-3 years of
experience in a similar role
Relevant
Skills / Experience:
- Excellent
analytical and time management skills
- Good knowledge of
the Microfinance industry with an excellent record of marketing and
closing sales of banking products
- Must have a
healthy portfolio in FMCG and structured organizations
- Excellent
experience in credit/risk analysis in a successful MFB.
Salary
N150,000 - 300,000 (Still negotiable in line with the candidate’s offering)
