Job Description

  • We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of JOPStudios photography and cinematography services.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets.
  • This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of clients. Identify and target prospective clients.
  • Responsible for prospecting and compiling leads, and contacting them to pitch the product/ service.
  • Schedule and conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our photography and cinematography services.Customize presentations to address the unique requirements and preferences of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Offer prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients. Respond to client questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Securing new client sales and retention through exceptional customer service
  • Stay informed about JOPStudios photography and cinematography offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with Clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the content strategist and marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the photography and cinematography team to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Atleast Three (3) years of proven experience in Sales. Experience in photography and cinematography sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the photography, cinematography or events management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work on different platforms at the same time.
  • Good self management and optimization skills.
  • Good High spirited human
  • Ability to learn fast.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a dynamic and remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with email management platforms and virtual communication tools (e.g.Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
