Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned Remote Virtual Assistant & Content Creator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content that is not only engaging but also increases the online presence of our clients.
  • This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and administrative support capabilities.


  • Virtual Assistance: Provide administrative support to our team and clients, including:
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
    • Managing emails and responding to queries in a timely manner.
    • Coordinating projects and ensuring they are completed on time.
    • Assisting with other administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for digital media platforms.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to develop and execute content strategies that increase their online presence and visibility.
  • Visual Content Creation: Use photo and video editing software to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Social Media Management: Manage client social media profiles and platforms to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and use them to influence content creation and social media strategies.


  • 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, and InShot.
  • Proficiency in various administrative and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Excellent communication, social management, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Technology Requirements:

  • Reliable computer system with the ability to run necessary software for content creation, social media management, and virtual assistance tasks.
  • Access to the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar software for photo and video editing.
  • High-speed internet connection for seamless communication and content management.
  • Smartphone capable of managing social media platforms, responding to comments or messages promptly, and handling administrative tasks.
