Description
- Our client is
looking to hire Deputy Head of Sales who will be responsible for driving
the sales of electronics within the competitive retail market across
Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage,
and develop supermarket accounts and other potential retail partners.
- Cultivate and
maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
and loyalty
- Maintain a deep
understanding of the company's product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Develop and
execute innovative sales strategies that align with market trends and
client needs.
- Participate in
strategic planning with the senior management team to align sales
strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze market
data to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct thorough
market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences.
- Provide
comprehensive reports to the Business Head on sales activities, market
insights, and progress towards strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Interested
candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7
years of experience selling electronics specifically to retail markets
across Nigeria.
- Proven experience
in dealing with supermarkets and a clear understanding of the retail
landscape in Nigeria.
- Candidate must
have a history ofmanaging and growing existing accounts while also
efficiently opening and developing new accounts.
- Possession of a
robust network within the retail and electronics market in Nigeria to
leverage for sales growth.
- Possess excellent
communication skills, strong networking abilities and sales strategy
acumen
