Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and subject-matter experts, to gather product requirements.
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of product goals.
Product Development and Execution:
- Drive the end-to-end product development process, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Product Launch and Adoption:
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and customer education materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Product Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define and monitor key product metrics and analytics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product features to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in product management or a similar role in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, and JIRA)
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in the fintech industry is desirable.
